Qualifications and Experience : 

Completion of Secondary (12 years) education followed by formal training/diploma in office administration/ secretarial / financial courses at a recognized institute.

  • Minimum 6 years experience in a technical/operations office, preferably hydrocarbon industry.
  • Excellent oral and written English business correspondence; and ability to type and proof-read various business correspondence, reports, statements etc.
  • Fully conversant with MS Office applications including Word, Excel & Access.
  • Arabic proficiency/typing and BA/Commerce degree preferable.
