  • Manage and maintain all project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Coordinate the flow of documents between departments and ensure timely distribution.
  • Assist in administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Implement and maintain document control procedures and systems to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Support project teams in documentation-related tasks and provide training on document management systems as needed.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information to staff and external parties regarding documentation processes.
