Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree is preffered in Marketing or similar,
- Proven experience in sales account management
- Excellent customer service and sales support skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with business goals.
- Provide timely support in resolving customer issues, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Implement effective tracking systems for work progress and generate detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of back office operations through meticulous management and support.
- Proven experience in back office support, with a preference for candidates with experience in the fintech industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage partner relationships and customer service.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting and data management tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to foster positive partnerships.
- Adept at quickly identifying and resolving issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Methodical and systematic in tracking and reporting tasks, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage workloads effectively under tight deadlines.
