• Ensure high-quality food service and customer satisfaction.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Implement health and safety regulations, including food handling practices.
• Must have QID, NOC, and Food Handling Certificate.
