Familiarity with Qatar safety regulations, standards, and reporting protocols.
Strong observational and reporting skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
Conduct daily safety inspections and assessments on project sites, ensuring adherence to safety policies and procedures.
Implement safety policies and enforce compliance with all safety standards, particularly Qatar Energy-specific guidelines.
Provide safety training, briefings, and refreshers for all team members to promote a strong safety culture.
Oversee the proper use and maintenance of safety equipment, conducting regular audits to confirm readiness and compliance.
Investigate any incidents or near misses, preparing reports with findings and corrective action plans.
Keep accurate safety records and documentation in line with project and regulatory requirements.
