Qualification & Experience:
- University degree preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Education or a related field and 10 years of job-related experience.
- Experience in a senior management level role of at least 5 to 7 years.
- Proven track record in implementing training strategies and program.
- Awareness of Professional programs in Strategic Sales, Airline Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations System and In-flight service is an added advantage.
- Has led a large multi-cultural training / Human Resource Development department in an airline or high tier service related industry.
- Broad knowledge of adult learning principles, curriculum design best practice and learning methodologies.
- Possess excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards outstanding results, and the ability to work effectively with diverse clients at all levels in a large, complex organization.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate requirements into practical, scalable solutions is required.
- Strong communication skills. Able to deliver verbal and non-verbal messages professionally and clearly.
