Proven track record in managing complex projects and delivering within timelines.
Oversee all phases of project planning and execution for fit-out, painting, epoxy coating, waterproofing, and flooring works.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met effectively.
Supervise site activities to maintain quality standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve optimal efficiency.
Prepare project reports, monitor progress, and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders.
