Qualification & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.:
      • 3+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably within a technical or engineering environment.
      • Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
      • Familiarity with technical systems and processes, including software development, IT infrastructure, or engineering.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong understanding of project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
    • Considerable knowledge of IT systems, software development, or engineering principles.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
    • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Technical Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating technical projects, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed smoothly and on time. This position requires strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

 

  • Project Coordination:
    • Coordinate and manage technical projects from initiation through delivery.
    • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to follow project scope, goals, and deliverables.
    • Maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
    • Monitor project and Teams progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure that project objectives are met within the specified time frame and budget.
  • Communication and Reporting:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for project and team members -related communications.
    • Facilitate regular project meetings, including status updates, issue resolution, and decision-making discussions.
    • Prepare and present project status reports.
    • Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
  • Technical Support:
    • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams as needed.
    • Assist in the identification and resolution of technical issues or challenges.
    • Coordinate with IT and engineering teams to ensure that all technical requirements are met.
    • Participate in technical reviews, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards.
    • Preferred to have knowledge in RFID and Auto-ID technologies.
  • Resource Management:
    • Coordinate the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure project success.
    • Monitor resource utilization and recommend adjustments as necessary to maintain project efficiency.
    • Work with procurement teams to manage vendor relationships and ensure the timely delivery of technical components.
