Qualification & Experience:
  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive.
  • Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily sales activities including face-to-face meetings, contracting & rate negotiations, attendance at trade shows both locally and internationally, participation in FAM trips, and conducting regular site inspections
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain full and accurate knowledge of the competitive set, identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and outside contacts to generate business, including room sales and food & beverage sales. You will be a people person who is great at growing and maintaining long-lasting relationships
  • Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and other cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
