Qualification & Experience:

• 10+ years of professional experience in IT industry.
•  7+ years of experience implementing and managing Oracle ERP solutions at an enterprise level.
• Hands-on experience in identifying technology opportunities, and delivering them through modern software engineering lifecycle.
• Strong experience in formulating technical solutions and led the delivery working closely with the Product Owners / Delivery leads
• Ability to work closely with both business, IT & Supplier subject matter experts, to manage delivery of business solutions.
• Must have experience in providing Oracle HCM solutions that are scalable and robust.
• Expert in Oracle ERP (On-premise) Payroll module and at least 2 plus years of hand-on experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll and other HCM modules.
• Expertise in solution designing, fitment analysis, and process mapping to system applications.
• Comprehensive experience in providing support & conceptualization for technical solution delivery using technology driven IT solutions.
• Experience DevOps, DevSecOps methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle.
• Domain expertise on Airport Domain would be added advantage
• Ability to recognize industry technology trends and emerging technologies, understands how they apply to different units in QR
• Must have good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
• Ability to foster teamwork among team members
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

About the role

You will be responsible for leading the solutions and assisting in delivering large programs. You will lead, mentor and coach a team of technical leads & Software Engineers, involved in the design, development and deployment of large, mission critical applications for on-prem and cloud. You will have the opportunity to define the road-map of evolution of the current technology stack and product technology road-map for IS-Corporate, and also design and implement new solutions using latest, proven industry solutions.
