After Sales Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical)

  • Minimum 5 years of GCC experience in sales and marketing, specifically for fire fighting, fire suppression, and fire alarm systems.
  • UPDA and QCDD certifications are a plus.
  • Provide after-sales support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with fire protection products and services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for selling fire protection systems.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to product performance or service.
  • Conduct product training and demonstrations for clients to ensure proper usage and understanding of systems.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities within the market.
  • Prepare and present technical proposals and sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Work closely with engineering and project management teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Valid driving license is required.
