Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma.
  • Sales supervisor experience for at least 3 years.
  • English and Arabic language are essentials.
  • Drive business through channels, Target oriented
  • Cold calling and new business development experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Drive new sales and new client acquisitions directly for B2B2C customers and partner with clients at the management level
  • Customer face role, 90% customer engaging Outdoor role to the enterprise entities employees and customers
  • Open new revenue channels for Vodafone by partnering with the enterprise entities to get VF services and develop the business relation with the clients to ensure customers get VF services.
  • He/she may Supervision partners team and to be responsible of Employee Engagement and sales skills development
  • Contact accounts choosers and open roadshows at the customer premises.
  • Increase the B2B2C sales and revenue according to the given target.
  • Increase the B2B2C accounts penetration and handle the leads.
  • May Manages indirect sales channels to sell Vodafone products and services to B2B2C customers.
  • In case managing partners, they Plan on daily bases the partners sales activities to achieve the company targets
  • Identify new opportunities within the market and coordinates this with concerned departments inside Vodafone.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships according to Vodafone sales guidelines.
  • Establish forecasts and anticipated revenue streams.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets as set by the B2B2C channel manager.
  • Ensure that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior is aligned to the Company’s values through all our indirect channels.
  • Work within governance processes to ensure the best customer experience.
  • Retaining and developing existing customer base through upselling and cross selling using channel resources.
  • Provide feedback on market trends/competitor activity relevant to Vodafone’s sales and marketing management.
  • Generate leads and support open doors to the sales team to achieve their targets
