Manage and support ERP system operations, ensuring seamless integration across departments.
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
Troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Ensure data security and backup systems are regularly updated and compliant with company standards.
Collaborate with various teams to improve system functionality and efficiency.
Provide training and technical support to staff on ERP and IT-related topics.
