- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and providing support.
- NOC is mandatory for local transfer.
- Preferred nationality: Indian.
- Assist and resolve customer inquiries effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in customer interactions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and providing appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
- Update and maintain customer records accurately in the system.
- Prepare daily reports on customer interactions and feedback for management review.
