• Facilities Management experience required, particularly with mechanical systems.
• NOC and Police Clearance are mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain and repair mechanical systems and equipment.
• Perform regular inspections to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
• Assist with installations and replacements of mechanical parts.
• Ensure mechanical systems meet safety and operational standards.
• Maintain documentation of repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols during all tasks.
