Location: Qatar

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support.
• Strong knowledge in installation and configuration of systems.
• Familiarity with SAP, Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and FTP.
• Experience with data backup and cloud solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Valid Qatar driving license is preferred.
• Provide technical support for IT systems, software, and hardware.
• Install, configure, and maintain software applications and network systems.
• Manage and troubleshoot AD, DNS, DHCP, and FTP.
• Perform routine data backups and ensure secure storage solutions.
• Support SAP implementations and resolve related issues.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies to improve IT systems.
