Qualification & Experience:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration
  • Experience in Siebel or other CRM tools would be added advantage
  • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Flexible in working hours and ready to support in weekends – Holidays.
  • Reconciliation & accounting skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing collections from Fixed customers worth 12Mn per month. This role requires engagement with various levels of functions across Vodafone and external debt collection agencies & fulfillment partners.

The role should ensure collections are in line with the assigned target which aligns with DB targets. It also demands to report on the collection feedback, performance & report market insights influencing collections. The person should be well versed with MS Excel & should possess risk assessment skill set.

Collection operations:

  • Monthly Allocation
  • Weekly & monthly reporting
  • Managing CPE Collections
  • Field visits at customers and agency’s location
  • Trouble Ticket Management
  • Risk assessment & action to mitigate
  • Managing reminder notifications

Tele calling

  • Out calling customers to collect receivables
  • Skip Tracing unreachable customers
  • Feedback Reporting & Analytics
