Position: Ticketing & Reservation Officer

Location: Qatar

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ticketing and reservations in Qatar.
• Transferable visa required.
• Excellent communication skills (Arabic language is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and customer service.
• Manage ticketing and reservation processes for clients.
• Handle flight, hotel, and travel package bookings.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve travel-related queries.
• Maintain updated records of bookings and reservations.
• Collaborate with travel partners and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
