Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Media/ Marketing/ Advertising or any related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Professional qualifications such as CIM (chartered institute of marketing) or marketing related professional qualifications from a well-recognized awarding body is a must.
  • Experience of 4 – 6  years with multi brand management and/or marketing of several reputed brands.
  • Good knowledge of utilizing the financial aspects efficiently.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Well-presented and able to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization.
  • Proficient in MS Office.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Works in a fast paced broadly predictable sales environment, drawing on available financial and marketing intelligence, with predefined short- and medium-term goals and brand strategies.
  • Works within broadly defined guidelines and some variable conditions to meet the set goals and tasks of the marketing department.
  • Reports complex issues (deviation from vaguely defined norms) to the Marketing Manager for quick action and swift resolution.
  • Assist marketing manager in managing integrated marketing campaigns across offline and online tactics
  • Provide recommendations for future strategic initiatives through competitive and financial analysis
  • Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements & competitions
  • Translate complex data and analytical models into insights that can be used to develop marketing strategies
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
  • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas content development for Digital content, advertising & events planning, etc.)
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (Digital social media plan, advertising campaign, e-mailers )
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Liaise with all concerned parties to guarantee adequate planning, execution and monitoring of marketing activities
  • Stay up to date with Market and online trends relevant to the brand for ensuring campaigns and promotions are relevant to each brand
  • Maintain awareness on best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions
  • Implementing the digital marketing plan based on the Digital strategy of the Division
  • Creating visual concepts with designers for promotional content
  • Coordinate with principles for Content
  • Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
  • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
  • Work with external agencies and for events and other activations
