Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in motor rewinding or a related field.
• Strong technical skills in handling motor winding for HVAC systems.
• Perform rewinding and repair work on HVAC motors.
• Test and troubleshoot motors to identify faults.
• Ensure quality and efficiency in all motor rewinding tasks.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
