Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field. A Master’s Degree (MBA or similar) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience
  • In-depth understanding of the Lease to Own model
  • Operation management certification are highly desirable

Roles and Responsibilities:

Business Development

  • Identify and explore new business opportunities, including corporate partnerships and fleet expansions.
  • Conduct market surveys to analyze mobility trends, competition, and customer preferences.
  • Continues improvements with existing partnerships, Uber and Karwa, to maximize value.
  • Monitor monthly project performance (operational and financial) and implement targeted plans to improve results.
  • Good experience in pricing, costing, and offers to maintain competitive advantage.

Operations management – Lease to own

  • Review daily business performance, ensuring progress toward sales targets, and address pending invoices, applications, and deliveries.
  • Monitor aging stock and design marketing campaigns to move slow-moving inventory, supporting company-wide goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department, customer service, and web teams to enhance market awareness of LTO vehicles through new initiatives.
  • Ensure all actions are documented and aligned with SOPs for clarity among stakeholders.
  • Oversee customer inquiries post-sales, including maintenance, replacement vehicles, accidents, access charges, penalties, and contract cancellations.
  • Control traffic violations and vehicle mileage, updating customer accounts accordingly.

Limousine Services

  • Optimize fleet management, ensuring efficient procurement, maintenance, and utilization.
  • Maintain vehicle safety, quality, and branding standards.
  • Monitor and improve operational KPIs, such as fleet efficiency, driver ratings, revenue per vehicle, and mileage utilization.
  • Track driver performance, including revenue generation, working hours, and adherence to tracking systems.
  • Improve the Mobility Solutions: by develop and implement limousine services tailored to market demands, such as event-based, conference, and chauffeur-driven offerings.
  • Monitor and control project revenues, expenses, and profitability to meet financial targets.
  • Analyze data to identify revenue growth opportunities and strategies for cost optimization.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Provide clear direction and guidance to team members, fostering a high-performance culture focused on results, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and growth opportunities to enhance individual and team performance.
