Location: Qatar

  • Previous experience in receptionist or front desk roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining office supplies.
  • Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.
