Qualification & Experience:
- Pre University in Commerce (10+2)
- Diploma in Stores Management preferable
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in storekeeping preferably in FMCG company
- Fluent in English
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Finalize and make transfers on daily basis to replenish stocks in sub-stores from Main Warehouse
- Receiving and storing goods in the right location
- Picking of stocks for next day loading
- Arrange loading of stocks to the vans on daily basis
- Conduct daily stock check and inform variance if any to the Finance team
- Analyze and confirm variances and take necessary action to avoid further occurrence.
- Segregate and inform on periodic basis the damages and shortages & Expiries to finance
- Interacts with first level of employees in Supply Chain and Logistics for Inventory replenishment, Van Sales personnel and finance on day to day requirements.
- Gathers and analyses easily available stock data to ensure First in First Out are adhered to
- Analyses stock movement trends to provide reports on stocks to be maintained in sub-stores and vans.
- Analyze stock damages & expiry details and report to next level
- Supervises the helpers in loading & unloading stocks on daily basis.
- Identifies area of improvement and informs to the next level for necessary implementation.
