Qualification & Experience:

– University degree in a technical discipline, preferably mechanical. – At least 15 years relevant experience.

– Must have hands on experience with leading a Maintenance team to reach top quartile performance. – Experience in leading a turnaround project and/or implementing an   asset management system would be a plus. – Good understanding of SAP and requirements in the Maintenance execution process – Experience in working in Qatar or Middle East to quickly understand the ways of working in Refining Operations. – Experience in Downstream Oil and Gas, preferably in Refining. – Experience in an IOC / NOC environment with an established technical Authority process – Preferably a senior subject matter expert in the maintenance reliability TA skill pool (TA 2).
