Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/ hospitality management or equivalent
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Consumer, FMCG, and/or Marketing environment with an expertise in telco, technology and/or digital field.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effective prioritization expertise in an environment where prudent judgement is essential
- Working knowledge of MS Office
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of quality and tone of voice, for all channels including collateral, digital, social media, and newsletters.
- Ensure alignment of communications calendars across other team members managing the other portfolios to ensure Vodafone representation in the market is clear and concise regardless of the segment.
- Ensure seamless and successful implementation of 360 campaigns across all channels, including internal, external (ATL/TTL), digital, onground and PR.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (all levels) and external stakeholders and adveritisng agnecies.
- Participate in the development and implementation of various crisis and emergency response activities and communication plans for various division, as required.
- Manage executive communication and presentation development in coordination with Brand and Communication Senior Manager.
- Analyze and provide reports and analytics about efficiency and effectiveness of communication initiatives.
- Perform any additional project, task or activities assigned/delegated by the Line Manager.
