Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant Certifications: Certifications such as Oracle Certified Associate (OCA), Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), or Oracle Certified Expert (OCE), Microsoft certifications can be highly beneficial and demonstrate specialized knowledge and skills.
  • 3-6 years of experience specifically with Oracle systems, including tasks such as system administration, user support, and process optimization.
  • Experience in FMCG distribution operation activities
  • Hands-on experience with configuring and implementing Oracle SCM modules such as Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
  • Familiarity with auditing and implementing system controls.
  • Experience in identifying and streamlining processes to reduce repetitive actions.
  • Experience in training users on system functionalities and Oracle transactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level system and process support to users, addressing their queries and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintenance for SCM modules.
  • Drive daily operations and system improvements to maintain seamless functionality and support business objectives.
  • Leading system and process improvement projects.
  • Conduct thorough audits of transactional errors.
  • Introduce and establish system controls to prevent errors and misuse.
  • Implement processes to safeguard against the misuse of systems and system data.
  • Deliver comprehensive training on system functions and Oracle transactions to users.
  • Provide first-level support related to system transactions and Oracle functionalities to ensure optimal user performance and system efficiency.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive system enhancements.
  • Create detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides.
  • Conduct testing and validation to ensure systems meet performance expectations.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend Oracle-based solutions to meet organizational needs and enhance processes.
  • Identify and reduce repetitive actions by streamlining processes.
  • Implement tools and procedures to enhance ease of access and usage for all users.
  • Explore current trends in IT and technology.
  • Recommend enhancements and automation where applicable to improve efficiencies.
