Irrigation Foreman – Alfardan Properties

Qualification & Experience:

– Proven experience as an Irrigation Foreman or similar role in the landscaping or agriculture industry.
– In-depth knowledge of irrigation systems, including drip irrigation, sprinklers, and valves.
– Ability to read blueprints and schematics to plan irrigation layouts effectively.
– Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively and coordinate with clients and other stakeholders.
– Physical stamina and dexterity to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment if needed.
– Certification in irrigation systems or a related field is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:

– Supervise and coordinate irrigation projects from start to finish, including system design, installation, and maintenance.
– Manage a team of irrigation technicians and laborers, providing guidance and support as needed.
– Inspect irrigation systems regularly to identify issues and repair or replace faulty components.
– Develop irrigation schedules based on plant requirements, weather conditions, and water availability.
– Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards related to water usage and irrigation practices.
– Maintain accurate records of irrigation activities, including equipment inventory, maintenance logs, and water usage reports.
