Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelors degree in marketing /sales or advertising, Master degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 6 years working experience in the field in Qatar market , of which at least 3-4 years at supervisory level and outdoor sales .
- Production Agency background is an added value.
- Achieved sales target not less 3 Million annually in previous organization.
- Well presented and able to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization.
- Strong business communication, selling and negotiation skills .
- Proficient in power point , presentation skills , capable of addressing a presentation to board/client.
- Fluent in English and Arabic both written and Verbal.
- Proficient in Ms. Office tools. excellent in Excel calculation
- Analyze sales reports ( Weekly/Monthly/Annually ) to identify shortfalls and proactively change sales strategies in consultation with next level.
Key Responsibilities :
- Increase market share by generating sales from existing clients and acquiring new business opportunities.
- Compile and prepare required sales reports for management review.
- Maintain and update customer database.
- Plan and execute relevant marketing activities in consultation with next level up.
- Work on tenders and prepare the full presentation including excel costing sheet .
- Prepare customer quotations and gain necessary approvals.
- Operationally responsible for the execution of project (Event) plans within the defined timeline i.e. coordinating of required resources – people, material etc.
- Monitor and control approved costs of the related project.
- Ensure to do a proper presentation to the customers.
- Contact organizations and prospect clients to explain services offered.
- Attends and participates in exhibits, trade shows and conferences to be updated on new trends and to come-up with innovative business ideas and to attract and obtain prospect clients.
- Coordinates with the Account Executive and production team to ensure optimized quality and timely delivery of services and products in line with customer specification/brief.
- Coordinates with finance to ensure that set up of customer credit accounts and that invoices are processed in a timely factor.
