QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or any other relevant field of study
  • ITIL Foundation or Project Management certifications (PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile) are considered an added advantage.
  • 5–8 years of total SAP experience with at least 3–5 years in SAP DBM (Dealer Business Management) implementations, rollouts, or support.
  • Hands-on experience in at least 2 full life cycle implementations of SAP DBM.
  • Proven track record in requirement gathering, gap analysis, system configuration, UAT, training, and post go-live support.xposure to integration with SAP SD, MM, FICO, CRM, and SuccessFactors is highly desirable.
  • Experience in working with global templates and localizations (especially GCC / Middle East automotive setups is a plus).

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide functional support and implement enhancements for after-sales service processes in SAP DBM/VSS.
  • Configure and manage critical areas of after-sales operations, including service order processing, workshop management, vehicle service scheduling, resource planning, warranty and claims management, and parts and accessories management, ensuring efficient dealership service operations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and deliver effective SAP solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration of DBM/VSS with related SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI/CO, and CRM.
  • Troubleshoot functional/system issues, prepare documentation, and deliver end-user training and support.
  • Support system upgrades, rollouts, and process improvements in after-sales operations.
  • Work closely with SAP ABAP developers to design and deliver custom enhancements, reports, and interfaces.
  • Engage in requirement gathering, preparation of functional specifications, and collaboration with technical teams to implement solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business users.
  • Apply deep knowledge of workshop operations, warranty/claims management, and parts management to support businessobjectives.
