Property Supervisor

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Property Management Services,
• Engineering Degree would be preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills,
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams, contractors and service providers,
• Experience in tenant relationship management,
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills,
• Flexibility with working hours and responsibilities
