Tender Specialist

 

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• 4+ years of experience as a Tender Specialist or similar role
• Knowledge in ISO 9001-2015 procedures is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree/Equivalent

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitoring of upcoming tenders’ opportunities.
• Preparation and submission of required document.
• Coordinate with all other department (legal, finance, government relation, etc.).
• Must have admin. Knowledge.
•  Acquire and update all necessary documents related tender.
•  Follow-up with all changes in tender stage.
• Keep, track and maintain records for all tender submission.
• Ability to continually improve submissions of tenders.
• Ability and understanding of the methodology of tenders (technical & Commercial).
• Cooperate with operations team for all tender submission.
