QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as knowledge of other design tools such as Sketch or Figma.
  • Strong creative skills with the ability to develop unique and compelling visual concepts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas and designs.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in photography and photo editing is a plus.
  • Understanding of the hospitality industry strategies is preferred.

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Create engaging designs for brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, and other marketing materials that align with the property’s branding and marketing goals.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and objectives to produce effective design solutions.
  • Create visually appealing content for the property’s website, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
  • Capture high-quality images of the property’s facilities, events, and amenities; edit and retouch photos to ensure they meet the standards.
  • Ensure all design work adheres to the brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
  • Prepare design files for print production, ensuring high-quality output and liaising with print vendors as needed.
  • Regularly update and maintain a library of visual assets, including photos, icons, and templates.
  • Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate fresh and innovative ideas into the visual content.
