QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests.
• Assist guests with beverage selections by providing detailed information on menu items, specials, and promotions.
• Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards and recipes.
• Maintain proper stock levels and ensure inventory is managed as per hotel guidelines.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
• Have full knowledge of all beverage lists, menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Follow established service standards, policies, and procedures to maintain consistency and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures while handling food and beverages.

• Report any maintenance or stock issues to the Venue Manager promptly.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings as required.
• Support colleagues and maintain a positive team environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Venue Manager or F&B leadership.
