QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience in customer service or retail is a plus
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Arabic speaker is preferable
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
– Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
– Basic math skills
– Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Customer Service Representative at the hypermarket, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, handling complaints, processing transactions, and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
– Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries or concerns
– Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
– Process transactions accurately and efficiently
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
– Stock shelves and assist in merchandising products
– Assisting the sales team to find the goods and products they are looking for.
– Assist in inventory management and restocking products
– Provide product information and advice to customers
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
