JOB PURPOSE :

  • Perform masonry work to maintain and enhance property structures.
  • Repair and restore walls, floors, and decorative stonework to ensure safety and aesthetics.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and maintenance teams on renovation and construction projects.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute precise masonry tasks.
  • Mix and apply mortar, cement, and other materials with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Inspect completed work for quality and durability, making adjustments as needed.
  • Assist in preventive maintenance programs to uphold property standards.
