QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

•         Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

•         Master’s degree in information system or a related field is a must.

•         An average of 3 to 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure.

•         Experience managing services based on ITIL or similar frameworks.

•         Expertise in designing and managing Cisco and FortiGate network solutions.

•         Strong background in network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion prevention

•         Proficient in troubleshooting and optimizing network performance.

•         Extensive experience with networking protocols such as TCP/IP, OSPF, and BGP.

•         Skilled in configuring and managing network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

•         Hands-on experience in managing both on-premise and cloud-based network infrastructures.

•         Experience with SD-WAN, network segmentation, and VPN technologies.

•         Proven track record in leading and mentoring network engineering teams.

•         Preferred Certifications:

•                   Cisco CCNP Security.
•                   Palo Alto PCNSE.
•                   Fortinet NSE 4 &5″

 

 

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES : 

•                     Design and implement network solutions using Cisco technologies.

•                     Manage and configure network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

•                     Perform regular network troubleshooting and performance optimization.

•                     Configure and manage security solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion prevention

•                     Ensure high network availability and implement redundancy solutions.

•                     Manage network performance and monitor traffic to prevent bottlenecks.

•                     Oversee the integration of new network technologies and infrastructure.

•                     Implement and maintain site-to-site and remote VPN solutions.

•                     Conduct periodic backups and disaster recovery plans for network configurations.

•                     Provide network support and troubleshooting for all onsite and remote locations.

•                     Conduct site visits for network maintenance or upgrades.

•                     Document and maintain network configurations, topologies, and troubleshooting logs.
