QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelors degree in business, Accounting, Commercial, Marketing, Sciences, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Law, Communication, Technologies, Mathematics or Statistics.

10 years experience in business related function or discipline, including 6 years in the Oil & Gas Industry, and including 2 years experience in a supervisory or acting role, or oversight of contractor/subcontractors/service/vendor personnel.

 

• Proven cost estimating experience for major Onshore Oil and Gas FEED & EPC projects; preparation of Class 1-5 estimates, cost risk analysis, benchmarking, etc.
• Extensive knowledge in CAPEX/OPEX, TIC methodology, estimating norms/ratios, unit rates, WBS, price schedules, modularization, shutdown estimating, and brownfield/SIMOPS cost modelling.
• Significant experience with EPC Contracting entities; Certified Cost Engineer (AACE)
