QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management within Middle Eastern region
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Basic financial and inventory management skills
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

 

JOB PURPOSE :

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Hire, train, schedule, and supervise team members
  • Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, cleanliness, and customer service
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
  • Monitor inventory, place orders, and control beverage and labor costs
  • Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Manage cash handling, sales reports, and basic budgeting
  • Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure smooth service
  • Implement company policies and procedures consistently
