- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management within Middle Eastern region
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Basic financial and inventory management skills
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
JOB PURPOSE :
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise team members
- Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, cleanliness, and customer service
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and control beverage and labor costs
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Manage cash handling, sales reports, and basic budgeting
- Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Implement company policies and procedures consistently
