QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in hospitality marketing, ideally including pre-opening projects.
- Strong strategic thinking with proven brand positioning skills.
- Excellent networking, communication, and project management abilities.
- Proficient with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and building brand loyalty.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
JOB PURPOSE :
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and PR campaigns to generate buzz and awareness.
- Coordinate with creative agencies and internal teams to design brand collateral, signage, and digital content.
- Build relationships with media, influencers, and local partners for effective launch promotions.
- Establish digital platforms and social media presence consistent with Ennismore’s & Our Habitas brand guidelines.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement long-term marketing strategies aligned with Our Habitas vision and lifestyle concept.
- Lead brand positioning efforts to differentiate the hotel in a competitive market.
- Manage ongoing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
- Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Organize promotional events, partnerships, and collaborations to boost brand visibility.
- Manage the marketing budget and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Encourage a culture of innovation and data-driven decision making.
Brand & Culture Contribution:
- Act as a brand ambassador, building a strong emotional connection with target audiences.
- Collaborate across departments to uphold a consistent brand message and guest experience.
