QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM knowledge is a plus
• Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or hospitality operations
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Experience
• Entry-level position (0–1 year of experience)
• Internship or training experience in hospitality, sales, or marketing is an advantage

JOB PURPOSE :
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Sales and Marketing Department of a 5-star hotel. This entry-level role assists with sales coordination, marketing initiatives, client communication, and brand support while maintaining the high standards of service and professionalism expected in a luxury hospitality environment. • Support the sales team with preparation of proposals, contracts, presentations, and reports
• Coordinate sales activities, client follow-ups, and internal communications
• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and hotel events
• Maintain and update client databases, CRM systems, and sales records
• Support digital marketing activities including social media content, email campaigns, and website updates
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination of sales and marketing initiatives
• Assist in managing marketing collateral, brochures, and branded materials
• Monitor and compile basic sales and marketing performance reports
• Ensure brand standards and hotel image are consistently maintained
