QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience as Commis 1 or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Knowledge of hot and cold kitchen techniques and food presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for culinary excellence.
• Team player with good communication skills.

 

JOB PURPOSE :

• Prepare and cook hot and cold dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Assist in mise en place and maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
• Work closely with Senior Chefs to maintain quality and presentation.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Support inventory control and minimize wastage.
