QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

1 Qualifications, Experience and Competencies requirement of Contractor personnel

Following shall be minimum requirements for all resources:

1.1 Language:

A. Engineer and Supervisor shall have knowledge of and ability to communicate effectively in written English

and spoken English and to write business or technical reports effectively in English language.

B. Technicians shall have working level proficiency of Read, Write, speak and Understand competency in

English language.

1.2 Safety:

Applicable to all the positions:

A. Shall be well familiar with the hazardous chemicals / materials used in the Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Fertilizer

industry, their hazards, and safe practices to perform the Installation/Maintenance activity safely.

B. Shall always adhere to Company Safety requirements.

C. Shall have knowledge about PTW(permit to work) system in large scale industries and shall pass

COMPANYs PTW as well as PTW acceptance authorization post training assessment tests.

D. Shall understand and work within the framework of COMPANYs Maintenance, HSEQ Policy, procedures and

regulations.

1.3 Job specific:

Position Qualifications and Competency

Maintenance Planning

scheduler

Qualification, experience, and competency in respective disciple:

Engineering Diploma in respective discipline (12+3 years). Preferably Diploma in

Mechanical Eng.

05 years relevant and hands-on experience in Maintenance planning and

scheduling. Competency and work experience in ERP – SAP maintenance module

(EAM), preferably in SAP S4-HANA.

Competency and work experience in Scheduling tools – MS Projects and preferably

also in tool integrated with SAP.

1.4 Following are detailed hands-on experience and competencies requirements.

A. Maintenance Scheduler:

– Roles in this level are to ensure that all assigned tasks are planned and scheduled in a systematic,

efficient, and economical way, in order to improve maintenance productivity and quality through

planning, scheduling, and coordination of maintenance resources. Furthermore, the purpose is to assist

the Sr. Scheduling Engineer in all aspects regarding scheduling of maintenance activities.

– Competency and work experience in ERP – SAP maintenance module, preferably in SAP S4-HANA.

– Competency and work experience in Scheduling tools – MS Projects and preferably in a scheduling tool

integrated with SAP.

Maintenance Plans and schedules

– Develop resource laden schedule for daily Maintenance activities (non-major shutdown jobs) and

perform resource leveling to ensure optimum production reliability and preservation of asset value.

– Communicate and coordinate with respective Planning Engineer, execution team and production team

in order to achieve highest maintenance schedule compliance.

– Maintain reference of work Packages, man-hour and material libraries for each piece of equipment for

daily maintenance.

– Prepare and maintain accurate data and KPI reports for schedule compliance, backlogs etc.

Documentation and Analysis:

– Update reference plans and schedules for all maintenance activities to be undertaken during daily

maintenance activities.

– Assist in defining and implementing schedule software management processes and procedures

regarding scheduling conflicts/changes.

– Maintain accurate records and facilitate and participate in weekly schedule reviews.

– Comply with Company Life Saving Rules as per PSa-001 Life Saving Rule Document.

– Comply with all relevant procedures of company Integrated Management System comprising of

Occupational Health and Safety, Quality, Environment, Responsible Care, IFA Product Stewardship &

energy Management System.
