Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Management
  • Certification in Management Information Systems
  • 6 – 8 years of sales experience, preferably in IT solutions. Experience in Qatar market is preferable.
  • fluent in English. Arabic is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the service and project operation teams to ensure quality services are delivered as agreed with the customers.
  • Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure proper invoices are produced and payment are collected as agreed with the customers.
  • Manage relationships with key customers at the opportunity management level
  • Create and expand customer base in line with company strategies by covering all of assigned accounts.
  • Work with partners and suppliers regarding pricing information, new products, delivery issues and market coverage.
  • Prepare and submit commercial proposals to customers.
  • Prepare costing sheets to view GP value achieved in each sales deal.
  • Stay up to date of latest technologies and products.
  • Stay up to date and research on emerging technologies impact on customers’ business.
  • Recommend new ideas to increase customer satisfaction and sales
