Qualification & Experience:

  • An undergraduate. Completion of Secondary (12) years education.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in clerical activities, preferably 2 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas industry. – Good working knowledge of written and spoken English is essential. – Good knowledge of typing, computer system and software like MS-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Roles and Responsibilities:

To assist in the day-today activities of general and contract administration and render clerical support to Contracts Division. To provide efficient typing/ clerical services including typing of tender and contract documents and other related correspondences and preparation of standard faxes, letters and memos.Receiving documents from various parties, photocopying, faxing and dispatching of documents/ correspondences and ensures the correct distribution. Vested with the responsibility of typing and checking for accuracy of correspondences to Sponsoring Department, Contractors, Third parties and Tender Committees.Assists in the updating of contract files and file index and SAP data entry. Fully responsible for e-filing, file tracking and file retrieving. Will have regular contacts with Contractors and Third parties, including Asst. Manager Contracts occasionally. Maintain regular quality control purges.
