Qualification & Experience:

– Completed Secondary School (12 years).
– 5 Years previous experience in an administrative/clerical job. – Proficiency in English (Level V). Fluency in Arabic would be an advantage. – Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power-Point). – Good typing skills and an ability to deliver a high level of accuracy when inputting information into computerised systems. – Knowledge of the SAP finance & materials system, would be an advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities:

– Provide an efficient, well-organized,   responsive,   administrative   and  clerical support  to the  Doha Commercial Security  in accordance  with  the QatarEnergy’s policies  and procedure and related guidelines. – Address queries including giving advice  to employees  on matters  related to: payments,   salary,  leave,  training,   and  related  administrative   matters,   and provides feedback to Head, Commercial Security.
