QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in application development and support.
  • Proven expertise in the development and deployment of solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
  • Experience with API Integrations and understanding of data security best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing or integrating with AI applications (e.g., Copilot, Gemini, or similar LLM/AI services).

Technical Proficiency:

  • Expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate development.
  • Working knowledge of D365 F&O architecture and data entities.
  • Basic understanding of SQL for data retrieval and analysis.
  • Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field

 

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Application Development & Analysis

  • Design, develop, and deploy business applications using Power Apps and automate complex workflows using Power Automate.
  • Develop robust, interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide actionable insights for decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with business users and vendors to translate operational requirements into technical specifications and application designs.
  • Provide support and perform minor technical configurations within the Microsoft D365 F&O environment, demonstrating a working knowledge of its core modules (Finance, SCM, etc.).

AI & Integration

  • Actively research, prototype, and implement AI applications using tools like Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT, and other relevant AI services to streamline business processes and enhance user experience.
  • Develop and manage seamless API integrations between core business systems like D365 F&O  and external services, adhering to data security best practices.
  • Utilize knowledge of major Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) principles to support deployment and integration architecture.

System Support & Data

  • Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting for application and integration issues across the enterprise system landscape.
  • Utilize basic SQL knowledge to query data for analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting purposes.
  • Ensure that application designs and implementations align with organizational security policies and governance standards.

Project Coordination & Oversight

  • Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external development teams.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and milestones across multiple platforms (mobile, AI, ERP, web).
  • Monitor progress and ensure adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards.

Project Implementation

  • Support IT implementation projects, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Manage vendor coordination, SLA compliance, and stakeholder communications.
  • Analyze business requirements, define technical specifications, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer to support teams.
