Qualification & Experience:
- Ideally with a professional diploma or certification in Hygiene.
- Minimum 2 years’ work experience as Hygiene Officer in larger operation.
- Strong knowledge of international hygiene and safety standards, including HACCP certification.
- Certification with ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages, especially Arabic, is an advantage.
- Experience in luxury hotel operations or In GCC food safety regulations is a plus.
