Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor degree in an appropriate engineering or relevant discipline from a recognized university. Related postgraduate qualification (MSc. or MBA) is recommended.

– Minimum 12 – 15 years work experience in various disciplines related to the Oil & Gas industry. This must include a minimum 10 years with emphasis on asset portfolio management, M&A activities, corporate strategy or similar functions. – Requires strong leadership, organisational, analytical and communication skills. Ability to manage inter-department relationships as well as senior management / partners’ executive relationships. – Excellent problem solving, financial, economic skills as well as ability to work in a multi-cultural environment. Excellent oral / written communication skills in English are required. Arabic is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Direct the development and monitoring of management tools and methodologies for the assessment of Qatar Petroleum’s asset portfolio, and ensure the completion of approved portfolio actions for alignment of the asset portfolio with QP’s Corporate and Business strategies and objectives.
