QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High School education.
  • Previous work experience in Leisure, Theme Park, or Hospitality would be an advantage.
  • Flexibility regarding scheduling based on business demands.
  • Guest service skills and English communication skills.
  • Able to read and interpret manuals relating to safety, operations, and procedures.

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position is responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient operation in the Attractions Department in relation to the company’s core process; thus, directly impacting the opening and closing of the rides and leisure facilities, delivering memorable guest experiences.

  • Meet and greet guests as they enter rides.
  • Ensure children are of the appropriate height and age for rides.
  • Display a friendly, helpful, and cheerful attitude while communicating effectively with our guests and fellow team members.
  • Maintains high ethical and professional standards.
  • Announce and demonstrate safety and emergency procedures.
  • To assist with emergency situations that may arise in order to minimize possible damage, loss, or injury to any Guests, team members, or Company property.
