Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing or relative field, MBA is preferred
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in strategy consulting or have equivalent experience in a strategy / business development function in telecommunication sector.
  • Deep understanding of brand’s core values and positioning and have a vision for it. And active and up to date with the market approach.
  • Knowledge and able to coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions and analyse and report on brand performance to determine ROI.
  • Excellent critical thinking, time management and organizational skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop customer brand touchpoints and manage to support the development of organizational branding strategy.
  • Conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, and stakeholders to Identifying threats and opportunities. Planning, implementing, and managing proposed recommendations and projects.
  • Manage and ensure to align departmental goals, processes, and resource allocation with the organizational strategy. Assess market trends and competitors and presenting findings, projections, and recommended actions.
  • Create an ongoing strategy in coordination with Head of Brand and Communication for anticipating and meeting customer trends and needs, assess strategic initiatives and opportunities, and build memorable and positive customer touchpoints that are consistent with the brand’s identity.
  • Establish partnerships and relationships with external brands and influencers that underpin the Vodafone values and positioning of TWC. Provide detailed and fact-based analysis and input into marketing, finance, and commercial functions to support the tactical growth of our ecosystem.
  • Manage and contact with our global team to ensure all is aligned across channels. Monitor market and consumer trends. Perform any additional project, task or activities assigned/delegated by the Line Manager.
